Description
The Land Development Agency (LDA) seeks to implement a Learning Management System (LMS) to fulfil its Learning and Development needs. The chosen service provider will work closely with the LDA to deliver training programs that support the organization’s strategic objectives, core values, and operational priorities. The LMS will play a vital role in automating the onboarding process by streamlining the scheduling and assignment of initial and recurring mandatory training. This system will also support the development of internal talent across diverse disciplines and levels of seniority, providing personalized and impactful training solutions.
