The Land Development Agency (LDA) is seeking to establish a Learning and Development framework to address Learning and Development requirements. The appointed service providers will assist the LDA in engaging stakeholders in training that aligns with the LDA’s strategic goals, values, and operational needs. The framework aims to support the internal talent across multiple disciplines and levels of seniority within the organisation.
