Description
TG4, Ireland's national Irish language public service broadcaster, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of a comprehensive cloud-based Human Resources and Rostering System. This system is intended to support approximately 200 employees and should streamline and enhance HR processes such as recruitment and onboarding, employee lifecycle management, employee history/data management, time and attendance tracking, leave processing, rostering, reporting and exit management. The HR and Rostering System must meet the HR requirements of several defined working groups within the organization, including the HR department, employees, people managers, IT, payroll, and those working on a rostered schedule. Proposals are invited from vendors who can demonstrate expertise in delivering robust, secure, and compliant solutions tailored to organizational needs like TG4’s.
