This notice is being published by way of a Modification Notice: Nature and extent of the modifications: This modification notice concerns a contract for the provision of Executive Recruitment and Selection Services first published by MTU on 13 July 2022 pursuant to a Request for Tenders (“RFT”) RFT 218663 - Tender for the provision of MTU Executive Recruitment & Selection. The RFT indicated that the term of the resulting contract would be for a 12-month period with an option to extend this term for another period or periods of up to a maximum of 12 months. MTU exercised this option to extend the term by a 12-month period which brought the term to 31st October 2024. This notice relates to a further 12-month extension that brings the term of the contract up to 31st October 2025. VII.2.2): Modification reason: ◯ Need for modification has been brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority could not have foreseen, and the modification does not alter the overall nature of the contract; (Regulation 72(1)(c) S.I.
