Description

This Call for Tender seeks to set up a single provider to engage the services of a Clerk of Works to provide support on identified works projects to MTU. The projects will be identified as they arise and the appointed Contractor will make the nominated Clerk of Works available to fulfill a central role in supporting the Institute on the identified capital building projects or refurbishment works. The nominated Clerk of Works will liaise closely with the University’s Buildings and Estates team. The nature of the requirement under this tender is such that the identified support will be required onsite for agreed period of time as needed to support each individual project For more details please see CFT full details on www.etenders.gov.ie
