Description

Housing Agency, in conjunction with the Dublin Region Homeless Executive and the HSE wishes to establish Framework Agreements as follows: • Lots 1 – 3: three (3) Single Party / and one (1) Multi Party frameworks to provide Housing First - Housing Supports service in the DRHE. • Lot - 4: one (1) Single Party framework to provide Housing First - Health Supports service in the DRHE. This procurement for both Lots is for the provision of a Housing First service (Housing and Health) to adults (over 18 years of age) experiencing rough sleeping and people who are long-term users of emergency accommodation, either on a continuous or episodic basis, across the four Dublin Local Authorities – Dublin City Council, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown, Fingal, and South Dublin. The full suite of requirements are contained within the tender documents. Tenderers must associate themselves with the competition in order to access the tender documents, ask and receive queries and submit a response. All responses must be submitted in a ZIP FILE format.
