Description
The scope of this procedure is the procurement of interbuilding dark fibre connectivity for the needs of the General-Secretariat of the Council of the European Union (GSC) in the Brussels area (Lot 1) between the GSC buildings in the Schuman district in Brussels and the disaster recovery site in Machelen, Belgium as well as interbuilding connectivity between Brussels, Luxembourg and Strasbourg (Lot 2).
