Description
Upphandlingen avser ramavtal gällande konsulttjänster för senare avrop inom området planarkitekter och MKB-konsulter. Efterfrågade uppdrag innebär till exempel arbete med planprogram och detaljplaner enligt plan- och bygglagen (2010:900) samt de delar av Miljöbalken (1998:808) som anknyter till denna typ av uppdrag. Beställaren avropar löpande uppdrag från ramavtalet. Omfattning och övriga förutsättningar för respektive uppdrag preciseras i samband med avrop, enligt ABK 09 kap 1 § 1.
