Description

Upphandlingen avser ett Transportplaneringssystem (vidare kallat Lösningen) som ska användas inom Eskilstuna kommuns Omlastining- och Logistikcentral (vidare kallat OLC). Lösningen ska stödja OLC:s uppdrag att samordna och optimera kommunens godstransporter på ett hållbart, kostnadseffektivt och resurseffektivt sätt samt vara uppbyggt så att arbetet följer logiska och användbara processer. Kontrakt kommer att tecknas med 1 Leverantör under förutsättning att upphandlande myndighet erhåller minst det antalet lämpliga och godtagbara anbud.
