Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών καθαρισμού των σταθμών και αποβαθρών, των τεχνικών δωματίων του συστήματος της γραμμής 1 της ΣΤΑΣΥ και ο καθαρισμός κατά μήκος της γραμμής 1 . Ο καθαρισμός αφορά: • Τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους των σταθμών, καθώς επίσης και των χώρων εργασίας του προσωπικού στους σταθμούς. • Τα τεχνικά δωμάτια του συστήματος της γραμμής 1 • Καθαρισμός κατά μήκος όλης της γραμμής Πειραιά – Κηφισιά δηλαδή την έκταση που καταλαμβάνουν οι εγκαταστάσεις της γραμμής 1, όπως αυτές ορίζονται από το τοιχίο της περίφραξης και περιλαμβάνουν τη σιδηροδρομική γραμμή και τα πρανή εκατέρωθεν αυτής από Πειραιά έως Κηφισιά.
