Description

Η δημοπρατούμενη σύμβαση, για λόγους επίτευξης καλύτερου λειτουργικού αποτελέσματος, είναι και δημοπρατείται ως σύμβαση «με το κλειδί στο χέρι» (turn-key project), υπό την έννοια ότι ο Ανάδοχος αναλαμβάνει στο πλαίσιο των αναλυτικών προδιαγραφών και λειτουργικών απαιτήσεων της παρούσας να παραδώσει κάθε έναν από τους δώδεκα (12) συρμούς έξι (6) οχημάτων της σειράς Ι, δηλαδή συνολικά εβδομήντα δύο (72) οχήματα, πλήρως αναβαθμισμένα, με διάρκεια ζωής (service life) 25 χρόνια από την ολοκλήρωση της σύμβασης. Συνοπτικά το αντικείμενο περιλαμβάνει σύμφωνα με τους όρους του συνόλου των συμβατικών τευχών: Α1) Την εκπόνηση της Μελέτης. Α2) Την αναβάθμιση, δοκιμή και θέση σε λειτουργία δώδεκα (12) συρμών, των έξι (6) οχημάτων εκάστου με ονομαστική τάση λειτουργίας 750Vdc. Α3) Την προμήθεια των ειδικών εργαλείων, του διαγνωστικού εξοπλισμού δοκιμών και ομοιώματος, όπως αυτά ορίζονται στη Σύμβαση. Α4) Την τριετή εγγύηση καλής λειτουργίας των συρμών και την προμήθεια των ανταλλακτικών και αναλώσιμων ανταλλακτικών της περιόδου θέσης σε λειτουργία, καθώς και των ανταλλακτικών και αναλώσιμων ανταλλακτικών της περιόδου εγγύησης που απαιτούνται για τις περιόδους αυτές.
