Riigihanke eesmärk on leida teenuseosutaja, kes toitlustab Tartu Tähtvere Riigikooli Emajõe ja Hiie õppekohtades õpilasi ning töötajaid (vajadusel ka koolivaheajal), kinnitatud kooli õppekava vms dokumendi alusel, pakkudes nõuetele vastavat toitu.
