Description
Upphandling av ett HR/Lönesystem i form av SaaS-lösning ska efter genomförd analys av marknaden (leverantörsvisningar, RFI:er och extern remisser) hanteras som två parallella upphandlingar med olika avtalstid. Denna upphandling gäller Talent Management, delarna Rekrytering, Onboarding/Offboarding, Kompetens, Utbildning och lärande och Samtalsstöd. Upphandlande myndighet är Växjö kommun, dess tillhörande bolag och förbund samt Ljungby kommun. En separat upphandling genomförs för HR/Lönesystem delarna Anställningsprocessen, Bemanna och schemalägga, Lön och pensioner inklusive tidsrapportering, Löneöversyn och Rehabilitering (option).
