Description
Upphandling av ett HR/Lönesystem i form av SaaS-lösning ska efter genomförd analys av marknaden (leverantörsvisningar, RFI:er och extern remisser) hanteras som två parallella upphandlingar med olika avtalstid. Denna upphandling gäller Anställningsprocessen, Bemanna och schemalägga, Lön och pensioner inklusive tidsrapportering, Löneöversyn och Rehabilitering (option). Upphandlande myndigheter är Alvesta, Högsby, Lessebo, Ljungby, Markaryd, Tingsryd, Uppvidinge, Växjö samt Älmhults kommun samt tillhörande bolag och förbund. En separat upphandling genomförs för Talent Management med delarna Rekrytering, Onboarding/Offboarding, Kompetens, Utbildning och lärande och Samtalsstöd. Upphandlande myndighet är Ljungby kommun och Växjö kommun samt dess tillhörande bolag och förbund.
