Description

Syftet med upphandlingen är att tillgodose verksamhetens behov av ett modernt och sammanhållet systemstöd som ersätter dagens separata lösningar för projekthantering och arbetsorderhantering. Nuvarande systemstöd medför manuell informationsöverföring, dubbelregistrering och begränsade möjligheter till sammanhållen uppföljning och styrning. Målet med upphandlingen är att införa ett systemstöd som bidrar till: - effektivare arbetssätt och minskad manuell hantering - förbättrad kvalitet, spårbarhet och tillgänglighet i verksamhetsdata - stärkt stöd för planering, genomförande, uppföljning och ekonomistyrning - förbättrade möjligheter till integration och informationsutbyte med angränsande system
