Description
Upphandlingen omfattar leverans av en helhetslösning med tillhörande konsulttjänster för införande av ett helt integrerat systemstöd för planering, uppföljning, analys och rapportering. Systemstödet ska stödja en samlad styrning från verksamhetsplanering till genomförande, med kontinuerlig uppföljning av aktiviteter, mål, risker och ekonomisk information på alla nivåer i organisationen, samt aggregering och rapportering av denna information i olika dimensioner.
