Description
Upphandlingen avser ett helhetsåtagande gällande leverans-, support- och underhållsavtal innehållande nyttjanderätt, tjänster för installation, parametersättning, utbildning, driftsättning samt support, underhåll och vidareutveckling av systemet. Det som efterfrågas i upphandlingen är en helhetslösning som hanterar en effektiv, rättssäker och transparent diarie- och ärendehanteringsprocess. Systemet ska vara komplett och innehålla samtliga delar som krävs för svensk myndighet/offentlig sektor. Offererat system ska kännetecknas av användbarhet och ge tillgång till information och funktionalitet på ett pedagogiskt, logiskt och mellan funktioner integrerat sätt. Systemet ska innehålla digital signatur och integrationer med AD, e-post, intranät och processverktyg. Systemstödet ska uppfylla tryckfrihetsförordningen, offentlighets och sekretesslagen, arkivlagen med flera lagar vilket ställer stora krav på systemstödets förmåga att stödja bolagets förmåga att hantera en stor mängd information, handlingar, dokument och processer.
