Uppdraget omfattar landskapsarkitektuppdrag i samband med om-, till- och nybyggnader i Beställarens bestånd. Detta innebär bland annat upprättande av markplaneringshandlingar samt VA-handlingar i samband med ny-, om- eller tillbyggnad av skilda typer av hus inom Beställarens bestånd. Avtalad konsult för yttre VA enligt rollbeskrivning ska finnas tillgänglig inom organisationen eller som underkonsult. Samma timpris för landskapsarkitekt gäller för yttre VA.
