Description
Upphandlingen avser att tillgodose kommunens behov av ett digitalt handläggningssystem för ärenden gällande färdtjänst, riksfärdtjänst, parkeringstillstånd för rörelsehindrade och för mobilitetsstöd. Handläggningssystemet ska ha en integrerad e-tjänst som kommunens medborgare kan använda för att söka ovanstående förmåner. Syftet med upphandlingen är bland annat att bidra till ökad effektivisering och hög servicenivå. För att möjliggöra detta ges leverantören en tidsfrist om sju (7) månader, räknat från avtalets undertecknande, för att uppfylla samtliga bör-krav i upphandlingsdokumenten.
