Description
Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för klientområdet där leverantören ska tillhandahålla produkter, produktnära tjänster samt utgöra en långsiktig och aktiv partner till Beställaren under avtalsperioden. Upphandlingen omfattar såväl den löpande försörjningen av klientrelaterad utrustning som utveckling av arbetssätt, sortiment och tillhörande tjänster över tid. Uppdraget omfattar bland annat leverans av klientrelaterade produkter såsom bärbara och stationära datorer, Chromebooks, surfplattor, mobiltelefoner, skärmar, dockningsstationer, tillbehör, reservdelar samt annan närliggande utrustning inom avtalsområdet. Uppdraget omfattar även produktnära och stödjande tjänster såsom beställningsportal, logistik, leveransstöd, konfiguration, märkning, returhantering, service, garantiadministration, återbruk, återvinning, rapportering, rådgivning, sortimentsutveckling samt andra tjänster med naturlig koppling till avtalsområdet.
