Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: „Świadczenie usług wsparcia technicznego dla urządzeń i oprogramowania infrastruktury serwerowej na okres 12 miesięcy”. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Rozdziale II SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. 2. Termin wykonania zamówienia: Świadczenie wsparcia technicznego Urządzeń w tym oprogramowania infrastruktury serwerowej na okres 12 miesięcy przez producenta lub autoryzowanego partnera producenta w trybie 24h/7dni/365 dni tj. całodobowo, siedem dni w tygodniu przez cały rok z czasem naprawy do końca następnego Dnia Roboczego. 3. Zamawiający w myśl art. 139 ustawy Pzp przewiduje odwróconą kolejność oceny ofert, tj. najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej Wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu. 4. Zamawiający jest administratorem danych osobowych w rozumieniu Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27.4.2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia Dyrektywy 95/46/WE da…
