1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa produktów leczniczych. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje swoim zakresem 2 (dwie) części (pakiety). 3. Część nr 1/pakiet nr 1. 3.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa produktów leczniczych zawierających w swoim składzie substancję aktywną dupilumab (Dupixent 300 mg roztwór do wstrzykiwań w ampułko-strzykawce) na potrzeby realizacji niekomercyjnego badania klinicznego: „Zastosowanie dupilumabu w leczeniu mastocytozy układowej o powolnym przebiegu z zajęciem skóry - MAnaskin” w ramach konkursu na badania head-to-head w zakresie niekomercyjnych badań klinicznych lub eksperymentów badawczych - edycja II Agencji Badań Medycznych (ABM). 3.2. Gdański Uniwersytet Medyczny pełni rolę Sponsora niekomercyjnego badania klinicznego (zgodnie z założeniami Dobrej Praktyki Klinicznej, GCP). 3.3. Na zamówienie składa się zamówienie podstawowe oraz zamówienie objęte opcją j.n.: 3.3.1. ZAMÓWIENIE PODSTAWOWE Sukcesywna dostawa - dupilumab (Dupixent 300 mg roztwór do wstrzykiwań w ampułkostrzykawce) – 45 op. x 2 ampułko-strzykawki. 3.3.2.
