1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa leków dopuszczonych do obrotu na terenie RP, posiadających aktualne Świadectwa Rejestracji, w ilości i asortymencie określonym w Formularzu cenowym niniejszej specyfikacji (Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ), posiadających termin ważności nie krótszy niż 6 miesięcy, licząc od daty dostarczenia do Zamawiającego.
