Description
Denna gemensamma upphandling syftar till att inskaffa ett systemstöd som ska användas för deltagaradministrationen inom vuxenutbildning, inklusive kurskatalog och ansökningshantering. Saas-tjänsten ska stödja grundläggande vuxenutbildning, gymnasial vuxenutbildning, SFI, särskild utbildning för grundläggande nivå, särskild utbildning på gymnasial nivå och Lärvux. Systemlösningen ska ha funktioner för att hantera ansökan, antagning och studerandeadministration. Systemet ska vara webbaserat och användargrupperna för de olika funktionerna ska omfattas bl.a. av sökande/studerande, kursadministratörer, antagningspersonal/handläggare/administratör, vägledare/SYV, pedagoger, skolledning/rektor, ekonomer, lärare och systemförvaltare/systemadministratörer.
