Description
Kommunen genomför en upphandling av ett systemstöd för bevarande av digital handling med tillhörande kapacitets- eller förmågehöjning ifråga om egen organisatorisk förmåga att e-arkivera, och inbjuder anbudsgivare att lämna anbud i denna upphandling. Täby kommun vill med denna upphandling uppnå högre förmåga att e-arkivera. Detta uppnås genom att produkten, e-arkivet, i sig är självförklarande och självförsörjande så att aktuella lagkrav, formkrav och ingående formalia vid ett digitalt långtidsbevarande uppnås utan särskilda förkunskapskrav på teknisk förmåga. E-arkivprodukten ska för ovan ändamål vara begriplig och leverantören ska, i de fall produkten inte är självförklarande och självförsörjande, erbjuda stöttning i nyttjandet tills vi kan använda den självständigt.
