Description

Global Performance Services (GPS) is responsible for coordinating EFSA's Strategy and Work program, which includes portfolio and resource planning. The EFSA Management Board adopted its Strategy 2027 in June 2021, and GPS is working to implement the Hoshin Kanri methodology to increase focus and improve outcomes. The first strategic priority is to increase the speed of risk assessment. Within the current contract "NP/EFSA/GPS/2023/01 Strategy Definition – Execution" (total value 90K), a root cause analysis was done to identify the main causes for the long throughput time in the End to End risk assessment process. The objective of this procurement procedure is to complete the root cause analysis and scope interventions to reduce the perceived throughput time across the E2E RA process.
