Skellefteå kommun inbjuder anbudsgivare att härmed att inkomma med anbud i upphandling av ramavtal avseende Strategiska och kreativa kommunikationstjänster. Syfte och mål med upphandlingen Syftet är att säkerställa varumärkes- och kommunikationsmål för Skellefteå kommun, vilket kräver varierande och komplexa behov av tjänster inom Strategiska och kreativa kommunikationstjänster. Eftersom uppdraget är tvådelat i både strategiska och konceptuellt kreativa tjänster, ser vi det som en fördel att anbudsgivare med dessa spetskompetenser och som har en gedigen erfarenhet av att samarbeta, väljer att lämna ett gemensamt anbud.
