Dagligvaror och livsmedel i konsumentförpackningar för successiva beställningar och leveranser under ramavtalsperioden. Avtalet avser att tillgodose Norrtälje kommuns och TioHundras (beställare) inköp av dagligvaror och livsmedel i konsumentförpackningar. En del köp är också av karaktären pedagogiska inköp/social träning då dessa köp görs tillsammans med brukare/kunder från beställarens verksamheter.
