Description
Ramavtalet omfattar köpta tjänster i from av stödinsatser som utförs av ett mobilt och tillgängligt stödteam där Deltagarens behov är i centrum utifrån metoden Bostad Först. Respektive kommun står för hyresvärdsansvar och anskaffning av lägenheter och socialtjänsten står för myndighetsutövning.
