Description
La consultation porte sur le stockage, la maintenance et l'exploitation des ballons lumineux et des PLV de la ville de Saint - Denis pour 2024 - 2025. Le marché est à prix mixte (à bon de commande et forfaitaire). Le stockage et la maintenance des ballons lumineux et des PLV sont à prix forfaitaire (Art R2112-6 du CCP). L'exploitation des ballons lumineux et des PLV donnent lieu à un accord - cadre mono attributaire (articles R2162-1 à R2162-6 du CCP) à bons de commande (articles R2162-13 et R2162-14 du CCP). L'accord - cadre est sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 160 000,00 euro(s) HT par période
