Description
La consultation porte sur l'acquisition de fournitures de bureau en vue de satisfaire l'ensemble des besoins de la commune de Saint-Denis. Le détail des prestations est indiqué au Cahier des Clauses Administratives et Techniques Particulières. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono attributaire (articles R2162-1 à R2162-6 du CCP) donnant lieu à des bons de commande (articles R2162-13 et R2162-14 du CCP). L'accord-cadre est sans montant mini et avec un maxi. Le marché prend effet à la date de notification pour une durée de quatre ans ferme
