La consultation porte sur une mission d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage en vue de la réalisation de la stratégie de communication, de ses outils et du suivi de mise en oeuvre dans le cadre du Projet de Renouvellement Urbain du Nord Est Littoral (PRUNEL). Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono attributaire (articles R2162-1 à R2162-6 du CCP) donnant lieu à des marchés subséquents (articles R2162-7 à R2162-12 du CCP) et à des bons de commande (articles R2162-13 et R2162-14 du CCP). Limite de l'accord-cadre : Pour la partie à bons de commande : sans montant minimum dans la limite de 200 000 euro(s) HT par périodePour la partie à marchés subséquents : sans montant minimum dans la limite de 45 000 euro(s) HT par période
