Detalii tehnice si organizatorice legate de procedura se regasesc in prezenta Fisa de date, in Caietul de sarcini si alte documente ale achizitiei atasate prezentei! Nota: Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare cu 10 zile inainte de data-limita de depunere a ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data-limita de depunere a ofertelor: 15.
