Sotningen ska genomföras utifrån de frister som fastställts av respektive kommun. Ersättning utgår enligt taxor som fastställts av respektive kommun, och betalas av fastighetsägaren. Upphandlingen genomförs enligt LUK - tjänstekoncession.
