Räddningstjänsten Storgöteborg har sedan tidigare ett sammanhängande in- och utlarmssystem bestående av bland annat utrustning för inlarm, utlarm, portstyrning, vagnhallsskärmar, personsökare, laddare samt tillhörande mjukvara, integrationer och kommunikationslösningar. Det nu aktuella kontraktet avser drift, underhåll, service, reparationer, ersättningsutrustning samt erforderliga kompletteringar av den befintliga systemmiljön under avtalsperioden.
