Description
Socialt boende med stöd är en biståndsbedömd insats enligt 4 kap. 1 § Socialtjänstlagen (SoL). Insatsen riktar sig till personer, från 21 år, som lever i hemlöshet. Personerna kan ha sociala problem, medicinska-/psykosociala problem, skadligt bruk och beroende, eller samsjuklighet och som har särskilda svårigheter att få en bostad på den öppna bostadsmarknaden.
