Description
De i upphandlingen medverkande kommunerna (”uppdragsgivarna”) har beslutat att genomföra en samordnad upphandling av sociala arbetskooperativ för vuxna med skadligt bruk/beroende. Målgruppen är vuxna personer (18 år och uppåt) med skadligt bruk-/beroendeproblematik (alkohol, narkotika eller läkemedel eller en kombination av dessa). Tjänsten omfattar sociala arbetskooperativ som bedriver arbetsinriktad social rehabilitering (”rehabilitering”) i kombination med boende där det finns rehabiliteringspersonal dygnet runt. Sociala arbetskooperativ verkar för att lösa behov av arbete och social gemenskap genom samägda företag där medbestämmande i företagens angelägenheter föreligger. Verksamheterna producerar och/eller säljer varor och/eller tjänster. I denna upphandling avser sociala arbetskooperativ de verksamheter som har fokus på rehabilitering av och boende för vuxna personer med skadligt bruk/beroende.
