Upphandlingen ska tillgodose kommunernas huvudsakliga behov av externa enstaka placeringar enligt SoL och LVU. Upphandlingen omfattar hem för vård eller boende (HVB) för barn och unga samt familjer och omfattar olika målgrupper med olika vård-, behandlings- och utredningsbehov. Sista dag att lämna anbud i den initiala upphandlingen (och på så sätt ha möjlighet att bli avtalsleverantör vid starten av det dynamiska ramavtalet) är 2026-06-26. Sista dag att ställa frågor är 2026-06-16.
