Description
Yle and NRK are procuring a social media management system (hereinafter "the Solution"). The system will be delivered as a licensed SaaS software. The social media management system shall support Yle's and NRK ́s strategic goals. Yle and NRK have a highly distributed social media editorial structure, with multiple teams in various units in the organisation. Yle has a user base of several hundred logged-in editors and moderators. The most used platforms are (the most used is first and the least used is last.) Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube. Yle also follows Twitch, Reddit, Jodel and Snapchat.
