Syftet med upphandlingen är att upphandla en extern Security Operations Center (SOC)-tjänst som kompletterar och stärker organisationens interna säkerhetsarbete samt bidrar till ökad motståndskraft mot cyberhot.   Upphandlingen avser en SOC-tjänst som inkluderar säkerhetsövervakning dygnet runt (24/7), incidentdetektion, analys, åtgärdshantering samt eskalering.
