Description
Mittuniversitetet avser att upphandla ett ramavtal gällande event- och konferensstöd som omfattar olika typer av mötes- och konferensservicetjänster för både mindre och större konferenser, vilka vanligtvis är förlagda till Sundsvall och/eller Östersund men kan även anordnas digitalt eller som hybrider. Konferenserna vänder sig till både svenska och internationella gäster varvid samtliga tjänster ska kunna utföras på både svenska och engelska. Mittuniversitetet arrangerar cirka 10 konferenser årligen av varierande storlek, från 30 deltagare upp till 500 deltagare. Respektive beställare kommer att avropa olika delar av tjänsten beroende på vad det är för typ av konferens, för vissa konferenser är det enbart behov av deltagarhantering som behövs, i andra fall behövs allt som står i kraven i denna upphandling.
