Predmetom zákazky je poskytovanie komplexných služieb bezpečnostného monitoringu IKT infraštruktúry verejného obstarávateľa za účelom systematickej identifikácie, vyhodnocovania a včasnej reakcie na správania indikujúce narušenie informačnej a kybernetickej bezpečnosti banky v reálnom čase počas obdobia 48 mesiacov, od zavedenia mechanizmov podporujúcich monitorovacie služby. Poskytovanie komplexných služieb bezpečnostného monitoringu IKT infraštruktúry má obsiahnuť oblasti: (a) Služieb bezpečnostného monitoringu chráneného prostredia a súčasne (b) Služieb pozostávajúcich z hlásení bezpečnostného incidentu a udalostí.
