Description
Predmetom zákazky je vypracovanie a odovzdanie projektovej dokumentácie v stupni vykonávací projekt (ďalej len „projektová dokumentácia") podľa Sadzobníka pre navrhovanie ponukových cien projektových prác a inžinierskych činnosti UNIKA v platnom znení a v rozsahu prílohy č. 18 Vyhlášky Úradu pre územné plánovanie a výstavby SR č. 60/2025 Z. z. o štruktúre a prevádzke informačného systému územného plánovania a výstavby, o obsahu podaní a obsahu a rozsahu dokumentácie stavby (ďalej len „vyhláška č. 60/2025 Z. z.") pre zhotovenie stavby. Predmetom zákazky bude dodanie projektovej dokumentácie aj v 3D modeli. Súčasťou predmetu zákazky je aj projektový dohľad projektanta a uskutočnenie stavebných prác na investičnej akcii na parcele č. 726/120, LV č. 3, k. u. Sielnica. Pozemok je majetkovoprávne vysporiadaný vo vlastníctve SR a v správe MO SR.
