Description
Verejný obstarávateľ pri realizácii tejto zákazky postupoval v súlade v súlade s § 66 ods. 7 zákona č. 343/2015 Z.z. o verejnom obstarávaní a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov (ďalej len „zákon o verejnom obstarávaní“). Verejný obstarávateľ rozhodol o zrušení uvedeného verejného obstarávania v zmysle 57 ods. 1 písm. b) zákona o verejnom obstarávaní, nakoľko mu v lehote na predkladanie ponúk nebola doručená ani jedna ponuka. V prípade ak verejný obstarávateľ opätovne vyhlási verejné obstarávanie na rovnaký predmet zákazky, t.j. nákup samohybnej vrtnej súpravy, bude postupovať v súlade so zákonom o verejnom obstarávaní, vrátane princípov verejného obstarávania.
