Kommunen är i behov av att stötta upp verksamheten när det gäller psykologkompetens och upphandlar därför psykologtjänster som ingår i skolpsykologens uppdrag. Förfrågan avser avrop av psykologtjänster i form av skolpsykologiska utredningar i grundskola, gymnasium och särskola med frågeställning lindrig, medelsvår eller svår intellektuell funktionsnedsättning/psykisk utvecklingsstörning. I anslutning till utredningar kan det också bli aktuellt med konsultativa insatser.
