Entreprenaden omfattar arbeten för så kallade arbetsgator inom planområdet. Entreprenaden innefattar bl. a. avverkning av skog, schakt för VA-ledningar samt andra ledningar, losshållning av berg, hantering av berg, utbyggnad av allmänplats, allmänbelysning, delvis finplaneringsarbeten, ny in/utfart till handelsplatsen från Granhammarsvägen, dagvattenhantering mm. Kommunen avser att teckna kontrakt med en (1) entreprenör. Kontraktsarbetenas omfattning i detalj framgår av handlingarna angivna under AFB.22.
