Zur Abwicklung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse setzen die Auftraggeber intern die Software "DATENRAUM" ein. Kunden nutzen zur Durchführung ihrer Förderungs- und Finanzierungsprojekte das Portal der Auftraggeber (in Folge „Portal"). Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe eines Dienstleistungsauftrages über die Softwarewartung und Softwareweiterentwicklung diese bereits bestehenden Software für die SFG und für den KWF.
