Gestione delle chiamate in ingresso (ricezione, accoglimento, evasione) pervenute al numero verde commerciale di Pavia Acque, comprensivo di ticketing e tracciatura del contenuto della chiamata e aggiornamento dei dati di contatto e dei dati anagrafici del chiamante, se già presente nel sistema gestionale utenza di Pavia Acque, Net@2A. L’appalto include inoltre l’esecuzione in back office di attività di bonifiche anagrafiche e verifiche dati relativi a utenti e forniture, anche mediante contatto con l’utenza, con conseguente aggiornamento di file o registrazione nel gestionale Net@2A, come dettagliato nel Capitolato Speciale d’Appalto
