Description
Pavia Acque S.c.a r.l. intende acquisire proposte di finanza di progetto, da formularsi ai sensi dell’art. 193 del D.lgs. 36/2023 per la progettazione, realizzazione e gestione di impianti fotovoltaici e la fornitura di energia elettrica rinnovabile per la costituzione di sistemi di autoconsumo individuale di energia rinnovabile a distanza da parte di un singolo cliente finale (Pavia Acque), senza ricorrere a una linea diretta, utilizzando la rete di distribuzione esistente per collegare i siti di produzione e i siti di consumo, ai sensi dell’articolo 30, comma 1, lettera a), numero 2.2, del decreto legislativo n. 199 del 2021, secondo le disposizioni nazionali e regionali vigenti in materia, con modalità idonee all’ottenimento dei contributi riconosciuti per la valorizzazione dell'energia elettrica autoconsumata.
