Descrierea serviciilor este disponibila in Caietul de sarcini din cadrul prezentei documentatii de atrbuire. Serviciile solicitate in caietul de sarcini implica Introducerea și validarea datelor aflate in Foile de observatie pentru pacientii externati, precum si Gestionarea suportului / dispozitivelor de stocare a datelor / documentelor. Durata contractului: 36 luni Valoarea estimata este specificata in Caietul de sarcini- Anexa 1, valoarea estimata minima si maxima este intre 711.431,00 lei si 2.347.723,00 lei , valori fara TVA Va fi incheiat un Acord cadru pentru o perioada de 36 luni si un Contract subsecvent de 12 luni Se solicita propunere financiara pentru acest serviciu. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 19 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatii suplimentare pana in a -11 zi fata de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
